Job Title: LVN Charge Nurse

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a skilled LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Spindletop Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Beaumont, TX.

Job Summary:

The LVN Charge Nurse will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, implementing care plans, and administering medications as prescribed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident condition and document changes
  • Ensure implementation of care plans as directed by physicians and facility policies
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and oversee the work of nursing aides to ensure quality care
  • Initiate and complete incident and accident reports as needed
  • Discharge residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of Texas
  • Completion of an LVN program at an accredited vocational school or college
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred
