RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee, coordinate, and manage Palm Beach Tan operations within a designated region to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives. Responsible for all facets of operations, including adherence to quality standards, systems, and procedures. Drive salons with a focus on sales enhancement. Monitor and manage costs including labor, sales expenses, revenue, and profitability. Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top-tier staff. Collaborate effectively with all Palm Beach Tan operators and support personnel, ensuring timely and efficient communication on all initiatives.

SALES:

  • Conduct regular salon visits and follow up with all directors and staff, providing feedback accordingly.
  • Maintain the integrity of operating systems, ensuring adherence to all operational and HR standards.
  • Protect the validity of the Certified Training Salon Program through continuous follow-up and updates.
  • Identify problems and suggest solutions in accordance with quality operating standards and HR policies.
  • Communicate district projects and initiatives to operations leadership; seek input and sign-off from the Director of Operations.
  • Create action plans for continual district growth, progress, and profitability.
  • Monitor operational quality, evaluating products, services, and facilities against current standards.

PROFITS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
  • Competent with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to interact effectively with diverse ethnic groups.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance.

EDUCATION / TRAINING:

  • Operations management experience required (3-5 years).
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
