Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Molding Manager to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Lead and motivate the molding team to achieve exceptional results and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the molding team.
  • Work closely with the Health and Safety Specialist to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
  • Participate in daily production meetings and provide regular updates on departmental performance.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of injection molding operations and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
