Requirements
  • Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience: Possess a technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • IT Support Experience: Have three to five years of prior IT support experience, with a strong understanding of networking and cloud-based applications.
  • Certifications and Proficiency: Hold certifications in relevant technologies and possess proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Hands-On Experience: Have hands-on experience with a variety of technologies, including Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
