Key Responsibilities

  • Support VIP tickets to be resolved in 24 hours.
Required Experience and Knowledge
  • General Network/Systems knowledge supporting the client.
  • Understand and follow the client priorities.
  • Strong Customer Service.
  • Ticketing Systems.
  • High School completion/Diploma.
  • ITIL understanding.
Security Clearance
  • Active SECRET or above clearance.
