We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Mergers and Acquisitions Integration to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all phases of acquisition integration, including integration strategy development, planning, and execution. This is a highly visible role that requires strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for all phases of acquisition integration, including integration strategy development, planning, and execution.

• Partner with Business and Functional teams to finalize integration plans and support execution management through M&A Accelerator.

• Oversee the identification of integration costs, approval, and tracking process.

• Support the M&A scorecard review process each quarter, including drafting of materials in partnership with the business and tracking KPIs.

• Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance M&A outcomes, including the next version of Integration Archetypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong process and project management skills.

• Highly organized and structured.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible.

• Ability to understand culture differences in order to drive change and engage stakeholders across the organization.
