Medical Practice Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Office Director to join our team at Better Health Group Inc. This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of medical assisting experience, preferably with leadership experience. A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinic operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also assist providers with scheduling, administrative, and clinical duties.
Key qualifications include:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
