Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive patient care excellence. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and direct a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
  • Patient Safety and Quality: Ensure patient safety and quality of care by implementing and maintaining effective quality assurance programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including DEA and state pharmacy laws.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies.
  • Financial Management: Manage pharmacy finances, including budgeting and cost control.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
  • License: Active pharmacy license in the state where employed.
  • Certifications: Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
