About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in coordinating the efforts of the multidisciplinary care team and providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide optimal patient care, demonstrating accurate assessment skills and prioritizing nursing interventions based on patient needs.
  • Actively participate in bedside shift report, safety huddles, and hourly rounding to gather information necessary to care for patients and anticipate their needs.
  • Implement a plan of care according to identified physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs, ensuring patient safety by adhering to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in the state of Kansas.
