About the Role:

The Registered Nurse functions under the direction of the Nurse Director/Manager and is responsible for coordination of safe patient care delivery for specified and diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and follow the Kansas Nurse Practice Act
  • Develop and prioritize patient goals, evaluate care delivery, and continually revise the plan of care to meet the biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs of the patient/family
  • Delegate care as appropriate to optimize patient outcomes

Benefits:

You may be eligible for a Sign On Bonus of up to $20,000.00.

Requirements:

  • Current Kansas RN Licensure
  • Current BLS certification upon hire
  • Telemetry, ICU and PCU need ACLS and Post Surg needs Chemo. Completed within the first year of employment
  • 2-Year Degree
  • Specific Certifications are required within one year of hire

Payscale:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
