About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering dialysis services to patients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide dialysis services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • CURRENTLY LICENSED REGISTERED NURSE (RN) IN THE STATE OF PRACTICE
  • ASSOCIATES DEGREE IN NURSING (A.D.N) FROM ACCREDITED SCHOOL OF NURSING REQUIRED; BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (B.S.N); THREE-YEAR DIPLOMA FROM ACCREDITED DIPLOMA PROGRAM MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR NURSING DEGREE
  • MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN ICU, CCU, EMERGENCY ROOM (ER), OR MEDICAL SURGICAL (MED SURG)
  • SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PRE-EMPLOYMENT COLOR BLIND TEST
