Dealer Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dealer Customer Service Specialist to join our Capital One team. As a member of our Dealer Sales Pod, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to dealership customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2+ years of sales or customer service experience is required, with an associate's degree preferred. The salary for this role is $63,500 - $72,400 per year, depending on location.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for dealership customers
- Provide high-touch concierge service and develop deep understanding of Capital One products and programs
- Manage and resolve outstanding dealer sales items
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
