Objective:

We are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable Quality Assurance Specialist to become a vital member of our team in a full-time capacity. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be instrumental in upholding the quality and dependability of our offerings, reinforcing our dedication to client satisfaction and ongoing enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute quality assurance protocols and methodologies to guarantee product dependability and adherence to specifications, which includes audits, Sustain Control Plans, FMEA's, and Process Flow Diagrams for Faucet and Fixtures Products.
  • Examine quality data and performance indicators to pinpoint trends, root causes of challenges, and areas for enhancement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and procurement, to address quality-related challenges and implement corrective measures. Maintain documentation for corrective and preventive actions and communicate significant updates to the teams.
  • Lead and engage in quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Create and sustain documentation pertinent to quality management systems, encompassing procedures, work instructions, and training resources.
  • Offer support and expertise to production staff on quality-related issues, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, minimizing defects, and boosting overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • This role may involve oversight of hourly quality personnel reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in quality assurance engineering.
  • ASQ CQE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, SAP ERP, and various metrology and statistical software.
