Regional Sales Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Clark-Reliance. This role offers a unique opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth and lead a team of local sales representatives in the Western USA territory.

Sales Role Overview
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Western USA region.
  • Leverage strong relationships with existing customers and build new connections to grow the business.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local sales representatives to maximize penetration of Clark-Reliance products within the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and motivate a team of local sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop effective sales plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  5. Maintain accurate records and data on sales performance, customer interactions, and market analysis.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of related sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and analytical tools to support sales strategy and performance evaluation.
Physical and Technical Environment

The ideal candidate should be able to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, and stoop in a normal office environment. Occasional travel to field installations may be required, involving climbing ladders while wearing personal protective equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits such as medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, and wellness programs.
