In this role, you will be responsible for developing ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. You will also process customer policy change requests, secure trailing documents, and handle incoming claim calls.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to provide exceptional customer service and support. We offer paid time off, flexible schedules, hands-on training, and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Possess an upbeat, positive attitude
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently
  • Must have ability to multi-task

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
