In the Corporate Rotation Program, trainees will participate in a 12-month program that will provide an introduction to the key corporate disciplines of Strategy, and two of the following: Audit, Corporate Risk, Finance, Product and Marketing, Human Resources, Retail Banking, or Technology.
The Corporate Trainee will experience a combination of largely on-the-job training with selective classroom training to enhance their development.
Within each rotation, the trainees will go through a structured sequence of tasks to learn the fundamentals of the functional area and discipline and begin to contribute to day-to-day deliverables.
The program comprises one month of onboarding and three rotations (one month, five months, five months), spanning a total duration of 12 months.
This person will:
- Participate in rotations across various lines of business and departments to gain insight into different aspects of the company.
- Work on key projects in each department, collaborating with teams across the organization.
- Contribute to the company's strategic initiatives, providing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
- Participate in a structured mentorship program and attend networking events with peers and executives.
- Attend development workshops, skills training, and receive regular feedback to support their growth and performance.
- Receive comprehensive performance feedback, focusing on personal and professional development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Required.
- Associate's Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (technology disciplines only), Required.
- Less than 2 years Entry Level, Preferred.
