Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
