Job Overview

Role Summary

We are in search of a skilled Production Manager to enhance our dynamic workforce. The Production Manager/Scheduler is responsible for devising and organizing production timelines and workflows for the Business Center. This role includes leading daily Work-in-progress (WIP) discussions to promote effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the overall productivity, quality, and safety standards within the printing division.
  • Managing production timelines and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • Facilitating clear communication with the center owner and team regarding print production and order processing.
  • Supervising the print production team.
  • Ensuring that equipment maintenance and workplace safety protocols are adhered to as scheduled.
  • Conducting regular inventory assessments of all print materials, raw supplies, and stock.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by the center manager or owner.

Qualifications for Success:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience and knowledge (required).
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of industry experience (preferred).
  • Ability to accept guidance and constructive criticism.
  • Strong communication and training capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in design and print software along with printer hardware.
  • Capability to recruit, train, and mentor print production personnel.
