Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Direct Repair Operations: Direct team members in repair order output, timeliness, and quality, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and to their satisfaction.
  • Set and Monitor Performance Standards: Establish and maintain operational and quality performance standards for your team, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support to your team and other departments as needed, ensuring that our products are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Identify and Resolve Technical Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues and process shortcomings, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with engineering teams, directors, and other departments to drive product capability development and operational process standards.
  • Develop and Train Team Members: Develop and train team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Manage Inventory and Purchasing: Collaborate with inventory and purchasing teams to ensure that we have the necessary inventory levels and components to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4 years of manufacturing experience or 3 years of work experience in surgical device/instrument repairs, and 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience.
  • Skills: Leadership skills, ability to make things happen by encouraging and channeling the contributions of others, fostering teamwork, coach and develop others, displays positive attitude and confidence, communication skills, copes well with stress, computer skills, and business acumen.
