Head of Financial Products

ServiceTitan is seeking a seasoned product leader to oversee the development and launch of our Scheduling and Capacity products. As the Head of Financial Products, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and flexible experiences that enable job scheduling and provide customers with insights and automation to maximize their business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for our Scheduling and Capacity products
- Focus on the end-to-end customer experience, working with cross-functional teams to build cohesive experiences that drive business success
- Engage closely with customers to understand their current processes and needs, and translate those into product capabilities
- Promote a culture that prioritizes customer outcomes and ease of use, fostering a team-wide commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences
- Define, evaluate, and obsess over key performance metrics to improve product quality and customer sentiment at scale
- Drive success and adoption of your products by partnering closely with product marketing, sales, support, and GTM teams in creating internal and external launch plans
- Represent ServiceTitan as a domain and product expert in customer and prospect meetings, and on our online community
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of product managers
Requirements:
- ~10+ years relevant work experience, at least 5 years in a product management role, preferably with a focus on B2B SaaS products
- ~ Strong technical acumen and deep customer empathy with experience delivering intuitive customer experiences
- ~ Ability to gather and transform business requirements and market needs into a successful product vision
- ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- ~ Excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences with demonstrated experience engaging, influencing, and leading cross-functional teams
- ~ Experience with agile development methodologies and a track record of delivering high quality products on time
- ~ Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities
- ~4-year degree from a top university, related graduate degree preferred
What We Offer:
ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $169,000 USD - $243,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process.
In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
