Customer Analyst (L3)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM program analytics agenda, ensuring we measure the right KPIs to drive incremental business revenue.
  • Drive the measurement framework to assess Bose's CRM program, refining it to maximize impact on revenue.
  • Advise business stakeholders on CRM best practices, audience targeting, and testing plans, delivering supporting CRM measurement plans and analysis to optimize the program.
  • Leverage CRM personalization to drive customer loyalty, engagement, and advocacy.
  • Deliver customer-level insights on program performance to support the development of winning strategies, helping business leaders understand performance drivers.
  • Contribute to Bose's three-year CRM roadmap, co-developing annual plans to maximize value delivered through CRM channels.
  • Enhance our self-service Loyalty, CRM, and Customer dashboards through analytics roadmap execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or statistics.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM channels, including Email, Direct Mail, App Messaging, and SMS.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting customer database analysis, with expertise in CRM, retention, and loyalty concepts and practices.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with campaign analytics, including incrementality measurement using control groups and test design.
  • Proficiency in building and delivering high-impact presentations to executive audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data, unveil customer truths, and weave them into effective stories for business decisions.
  • Ability to independently manipulate data using SQL or Python.
  • Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, and Adobe Campaign Manager is highly desired.
  • Technical knowledge of data visualization techniques like Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
