Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Hospitality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail
  • Proficient use of PC and Microsoft Suite
  • Professional demeanor, proper tone with customers, time management, patience, and other essential skills
