We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Associate II to join our team at ECS Midwest, LLC. As a key member of our facilities consulting team, you will be responsible for providing testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, and building enclosure consulting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field and laboratory testing to identify and analyze building conditions
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and projects
  • Interact with senior staff members on a variety of projects
  • Schedule and oversee facilities technicians
  • Mentor other staff members
  • Promote a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred
  • 0-2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required
