About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud computing projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy cloud-based applications
  • Ensure the security and integrity of cloud-based systems and data
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud computing trends and technologies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby
  • Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, storage, operating systems)
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
  • 5+ years of administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
