About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Record Review Associate to join our team at Paradigm Information Services, Inc. This is a remote position that requires excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review medical records to identify relevant data and document findings in accordance with program protocols.
  • Ensure high-quality work and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet critical weekly and monthly deadlines.
  • Meet quality standards for assigned projects and demonstrate flexibility for cross-training to other projects as needed.
  • Independently manage caseloads and meet production metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in reviewing medical records, with a focus on mass tort, personal injury, disability, worker's compensation, and HEDIS reviews.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, research, problem-solving, and writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with fluent typing and data entry skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to shift priorities as required.
