Accounting Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, OR. As an ideal candidate, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and possess strong Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups).

Responsibilities:
  • Process and review paper invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of invoices.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor files.
  • Aid with vendor inquiries, prepare and process weekly check runs, and provide support to other accounting functions as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, assist with month-end close, and accruals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Spectrum Viewpoint preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.
