Overview:
Maxxis International USA is a leading tire manufacturer seeking an experienced North American OEM Tire Sales Professional to develop and maintain relationships with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers and drive sales growth in our North American operations.
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
The North American OEM Tire Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing existing relationships with OEM customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Managing a portfolio of OEM customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve pricing, forecasting, quality, and delivery issues
- Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to existing and prospective customers
- Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, including revenue forecasts, client satisfaction, and market share
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of OE sales experience in the automotive or tire industry, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving sales growth. A post-secondary degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, are essential.
