Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join Maxxis International - USA as an OE Account Manager in our US based locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our business with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers in North America by building relationships with new customers and strengthening existing partnerships. Your role will involve developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing OEM accounts, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and preparing presentations and proposals to customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of OE sales experience in the automotive or tire industry, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with new and existing customers. You should have strong communication skills, basic understanding of tires and our products, and ability to identify key points and implications when communicating with customers. Organization and time management skills are essential to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

A competitive salary of $72,000-$92,000 per annum, plus benefits, awaits the successful candidate. This position offers the opportunity to drive sales growth, contribute to the success of Maxxis in a dynamic and competitive marketplace, and work closely with international teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Managing our automotive OEM accounts; working closely with their purchasing teams to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues related to pricing, forecasting, quality, and deliveries.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering, production planning and material control to address client requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to existing and prospective customers.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics, including revenue forecasts, client satisfaction, and market share.
  • Conducting market research and identifying new market opportunities.
