Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for performing duties in various functional areas including Recruiting, Benefits Administration, and General Human Resources.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare offer letters and ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork.
  • Document assigned mentors for new hires and assist with transitions, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Upload new hire documents into our HRIS system and maintain supplies associated with the offer letter process.
  • Process Short-term disability claims and complete monthly billings for voluntary, STD, LTD, pet insurance, and life insurance.
  • Generate bi-weekly benefits reports and approve associate benefits on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer Service focused and proficient in Microsoft based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), and SharePoint.
  • Able to multi-task, work independently, and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials in a professional manner.
