Job Summary

The Ohio Department of Medicaid seeks a skilled Medicaid Quality Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our Medicaid recipients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform quality improvement strategies
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare administration or quality improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
