LPN, Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Primary Care team at Kaiser Permanente. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Tasks: Prepare patients for office visits, perform focused nursing assessments, and provide health education and advice on routine medical conditions.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform diagnostic tests, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments as needed.
- Practice Management Activities: Manage patient schedules, respond to messages, and facilitate follow-up duties to support patient care.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- License: Practical Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire, or Compact License: Practical Nurse within 6 months of hire.
- Skills: Demonstrated clinical nursing skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, and ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
- Experience: Two (2+) years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting.
- Certifications: IV therapy experience or recent certification.
