Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Life Care Center of McMinnville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and services to allow patients to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans based on changes in the patient's condition.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
  • Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
  • Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
  • Currently licensed/registered in applicable State. Must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
Benefits
  • Student Loan Reimbursement: $3,000 for 3 years after 90 days
  • Mileage Reimbursement: Receive a $15 daily mileage reimbursement for nurses commuting over 25 miles
  • Referral Bonus: Earn an additional $1/hour added to your base pay for each full-time nursing staff member you refer, as long as both you and the referred employee maintain full-time status
