Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop professional staff to ensure high-quality audit services
- Carry out detailed audit procedures, including review and compilation engagements
- Identify and mitigate audit risks and problems to ensure defendable files and documentation
- Consistently identify engagement and operating opportunities for improvement and provide timely solutions and consultation
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements without disruption or loss of control and within scheduled deadlines
- Build personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities
- Lead audit committee meetings and presentations
- Participate in speaking and article writing opportunities
- Complete CPE specific to assigned industries
- Travel to serve clients as necessary
- At least 9 years of audit experience in public accounting
- CPA license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting
- Experience managing multiple complex client engagements
