We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our team at Solis Mammography. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner, promoting a positive experience from the start
Accurately register patients, including demographic and insurance information, and verify accuracy of existing data
Explain forms to patients and assist with completion, as needed
Process necessary paperwork, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Collect patient payments, including insurance verification and benefits explanation
Prepare paperwork for future appointments, incorporating additional requirements as necessary
Ensure all diagnostic tests have required orders, request as needed, and follow up on outstanding requests
Schedule and reschedule patients as necessary
Generate daily invoice journal and reconcile payments using the Daily Reconciliation Report
Participate in front office training to stay up-to-date on policies and procedures
