Compensation: Competitive base salary plus shift differentials.
Incentives: $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 in educational assistance (for recent graduates within the last five years).
Tuition Reimbursement: $5,000 for full-time employees and $1,500 for part-time employees.
Nurse Residency: Available for all new graduates.

Key Responsibilities

The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a 16-bed critical care environment that utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to manage patients with a variety of complex health conditions. Our ICU has received the Beacon Award for Excellence – Gold Status from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), highlighting our commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional patient experiences.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier patient care in accordance with the directives of each patient’s physician. This includes leveraging your expertise to educate patients and their families on preventive measures and healthy lifestyle choices.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring patient conditions and evaluating their needs.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to create tailored care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Creating a supportive and empathetic environment for patients and their families.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

We seek a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse with exceptional clinical skills, a caring demeanor, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the capability to effectively educate patients and their families about in-home healthcare processes.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in our state.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Preferred experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CNOR, CEN) are preferred.
  • Additional certifications or licenses may be necessary for specific specialty areas.
