Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the engagement team to design and deliver branded events that promote tenant value systems, community, and connection.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our ownership and tenant value systems, brand, and ESG initiatives.
  • Work closely with leasing teams to stay up-to-date on building comps, competitor programming, and tenant research.
  • Manage the Tenant Engagement budget and track expenses to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Implement and modify programming based on data analysis to demonstrate the impact of tenant engagement.
  • Prepare and present impact reports, surveys, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate relationships with local businesses, vendors, and community outreach programs to promote our property as a good neighbor.
  • Serve as the point of contact for tenant requests, building technology, and VIP visits.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Self-motivation and proactivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, Retail, Travel, or Marketing, or industry-related curriculum.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in meeting/event planning in government, corporate, or hotel and convention services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and carry out industry-specific written and oral direction.
