Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team at Randstad US. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and administering computer networks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and administer computer networks, including hardware, software, and other related systems.
Perform disaster recovery operations and protect data, software, and hardware from attacks.
Work closely with network users to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.
Provide technical support for network environment, including identifying network requirements, installing network components, and monitoring network performance.
Plan and implement network security policies, including configuring and maintaining Cisco SD-Access and identity service engine (ISE) security policies.
Maintain and update local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) documentation.
Formulate, define, and design network project scope and objectives based on business needs and a thorough understanding of systems and requirements.
Identify, track, and manage upgrades to network assets and infrastructure, including associated switches, routers, firewalls, modems, fiber optic cables, wireless access points, network cables, and telephone infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve issues with wired and wireless networks, and virtual local area network (VLANS).
Run and analyze sniffer traces with deep TCP/IP protocol understanding.
Serve as lead for review of design and implementation network projects, resolving technical and/or operational network issues.
Respond to unplanned events that adversely affect the network or computing environment.
Set up router, switch, and server hardware access for users.
Produce and analyze equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement.
Determine hardware or software requirements related to systems and network changes.
Investigate, recommend, and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.
Work with users to identify existing system problems.
Audit and maintain network configuration for compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) regulatory controls.
Evaluate network topology and establish plans for network resilience.
Maintain regular and on-time attendance.
Follow all safety regulations.
Support Randstad US's commitment to its culture and values, including Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence (RISE).
Participate in an on-call rotation.
Work after hours support as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Class D Driver's License.
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience.
Related experience, strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
Experience implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network devices, including WAPs, routers, switches, and controllers.
Deep knowledge of application transport, network infrastructure protocols, and experience with Cisco Software Defined (SD)-Access is highly desired.
