Global Clinical Lead, Oncology

Fraser Dove International is partnering with a global pharmaceutical organisation to find a visionary leader to oversee multinational clinical trials and drive the clinical development strategy in oncology.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing multinational Phase II/III clinical trials and a proven track record of driving clinical strategy and collaborating with regulatory authorities.

The role will involve leading and overseeing large-scale, multinational Phase II/III clinical trials, developing clinical development plans, and providing strategic direction for study planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a medical degree (MD) with postgraduate training in therapeutic areas and a strong background in medical monitoring and safety surveillance within clinical trials.

The Global Clinical Lead will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Contract Research Organisations (CROs).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead clinical strategy and oversee multinational Phase II/III trials within oncology and rare diseases.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety, to support drug development programs.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and represent clinical functions at health authority meetings.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree (MD) with postgraduate training in therapeutic areas.
  • Extensive experience overseeing multinational Phase II/III clinical trials.
  • Proven leadership in driving clinical strategy and collaborating with regulatory authorities.
  • Strong background in medical monitoring and safety surveillance within clinical trials.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partnerships, including KOLs and CROs.
