Oncology Clinical Nurse Expert:
Exciting Opportunity at MSKWe are in search of an Oncology Clinical Nurse Expert to join our esteemed team.

Our proficient nursing team comprises over 40 Clinical Nurse Experts.

Each member is devoted to delivering excellence in both the art and science of professional nursing, aligned with our mission to provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients and families facing cancer in a supportive and innovative setting.


Role Responsibilities:
Lead clinical initiatives in evidence-based oncology nursing practice, education, consultation, and research.
Support MSK's patients diagnosed with cancer and the nursing staff who provide their care.
Facilitate the implementation of practice standards in collaboration with colleagues across various sites.
Exhibit positive quality outcomes related to nurse-sensitive indicators and overall patient and staff satisfaction.
Foster a patient-centered atmosphere through collaboration with nursing leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
Encourage and cultivate Relationship-Based Care in all facets of care delivery.
Disseminate MSK oncology nursing practice standards and outcomes through abstract submissions, presentations, and evidence-based research findings.

Essential Qualifications:
Current NY State RN license with CNS qualification required.

Preferred: NY State RN license and NY State CNS qualification (can be obtained within the first 6 months of employment)Master's degree in nursingNational certification3+ years of relevant oncology experienceExperience in an advanced nursing role is highly preferred.

Self-direction and strong interpersonal skills are crucial.

This is a Day shift CNS position, 4 10-hour shifts, with weekend coverage
