Position Overview

The Chief Executive Officer will be entrusted with steering the organization’s strategic vision and ensuring its continued global growth. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of executing a well-defined strategy while navigating emerging market opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction in business development, market expansion, and the promotion of the organization on a global scale.
  • Develop and manage both short-term and long-term divisional objectives that align with the overarching strategic goals of the organization.
  • Ensure financial and operational stability while implementing best practices in risk management, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance.
  • Encourage a culture of professionalism and positive behavior, utilizing both internal and external resources to achieve organizational targets.
  • Identify and pursue new global business opportunities and partnerships, representing the organization at industry events and public engagements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Board of Directors, providing updates on organizational health, risk management, and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to execute the strategic plan, focusing on market penetration and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain a robust organizational structure, ensuring the right resources and capabilities are in place for growth.
  • Lead the executive team in driving revenue growth, market development, and profitability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify and pursue attractive business opportunities.

Performance Expectations

The CEO will be expected to deliver on specific performance metrics that will be established in collaboration with the successful candidate.

  • A proven track record of achieving strategic objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach to leadership.
  • A robust background in sales and marketing, demonstrating urgency and a history of driving global growth.
  • A postgraduate degree and relevant professional qualifications with a strong understanding of medical and scientific principles.
