Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to enhance and lead our Global Talent Acquisition function. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Human Resources, the Director of Global Talent Acquisition will oversee the development and implementation of global processes, systems, and selection methodologies to optimize our external talent acquisition practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a global team of over 25 talent acquisition professionals, fostering a world-class recruitment environment aimed at attracting exceptional talent.
- Drive initiatives to increase workforce diversity and enhance the quality of hires by refining hiring manager selection skills and utilizing assessment tools.
- Focus on operational excellence by measuring key performance indicators such as time to fill, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
- Collaborate with marketing to translate the company’s value proposition into effective branding and recruitment strategies across various platforms.

Functional Tasks
- Develop and implement workforce and hiring plans tailored to specific projects and annual objectives.
- Manage both experienced and campus recruitment efforts while ensuring a seamless candidate experience through consistent feedback mechanisms.
- Establish and maintain expertise in talent market trends and competitor insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Conduct regular strategic meetings with senior leadership to align on hiring needs and adapt recruitment plans as necessary.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to coach and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data to drive informed decision-making.
