Primary Responsibilities
Employee Documentation Management:
- Oversee and update employee documentation and HR databases with precise information.
- Ensure all personnel files are comprehensive and adhere to company standards and legal obligations.
Recruitment Assistance:
- Support the hiring process, including creating job advertisements, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Conduct preliminary applicant evaluations and reference verifications.
Onboarding and Offboarding Coordination:
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and leading orientation sessions.
- Facilitate offboarding processes, ensuring all exit documentation is finalized and company property is returned.
Payroll and Benefits Management:
- Assist in payroll processing by gathering and validating timesheets and attendance records.
- Support employees with benefits enrollment and respond to any related inquiries.
HR Analytics:
- Generate HR-related reports as necessary, including turnover statistics, absence records, and other critical metrics.
- Evaluate data to provide insights and aid in decision-making processes.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative capacity.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (ADP WFN).
- Understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to work effectively within a team environment.
