Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our aircraft maintenance programs across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex maintenance operations, coordinating with government representatives, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across sites.
  • Maintenance Operations: Oversee the maintenance of multi-engine turbo-prop aircraft, with a focus on complex modifications and repairs.
  • Government Coordination: Work closely with government representatives to provide information and services as per the contract.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program execution.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintaining complex aircraft, with 5 years of direct management experience.
  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt SECRET Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Remote Support: Ability to provide remote support with prior customer approval.
