Job Summary

Amentum is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee the management of multiple-site aircraft maintenance programs in CONUS or OCONUS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex aircraft maintenance operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Serve as the focal point for all program operations and day-to-day tasks across all sites, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Government Liaison: Coordinate with Government representatives to provide information and services per the Contract, maintaining a strong working relationship and ensuring compliance.
  • Aircraft Maintenance: Manage multi-engine turbo-prop aircraft maintenance, with a focus on complex aircraft modifications and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of program objectives.
  • Security Clearance: Maintain a US Govt SECRET Security Clearance, adhering to all requirements and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience maintaining complex, turbine-powered, fixed-wing aircraft, with five (5) years directly managing aircraft maintenance operations.
  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt SECRET Security Clearance, with US Citizenship required.
Preferred Requirements
  • Remote Support: Remote support can be considered for this position with prior customer approval.
