Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Provide knowledgeable and personalized support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience and guidance on our premium cannabis products.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders using our Point of Sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems, while adhering to company, local, and state policies.
- Sales and Performance: Meet or exceed daily sales metrics by following the customer experience selling cycle and providing tailored product suggestions to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Assist management staff in ensuring all procedures are being followed to reflect regulatory and compliance standards, and contribute to a positive work environment by treating everyone with dignity and respect.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience working in a cannabis retail setting preferred, with prior customer service experience in a hospitality, pharmacy, customer services, or retail environment.
- Skills and Abilities: Customer-obsessed, relationship-building, results-oriented, and functional/technical skills to perform at a high level of accomplishment.
The Patient Advocate will work primarily in a dispensary setting, with frequent contact with staff, vendors, and customers. The working area may be odorous at times and loud due to fans and filtration systems, fluctuating between cold and warm temperatures.
Physical Requirements- Frequently communicates with customers and/or caregivers regarding medical conditions and symptoms.
- Operates computer/POS system and other standard office equipment.
- Constantly moves and transports dispensary products/totes up to 30 lbs.
