Job Overview

Randstad is seeking a skilled CAT Claims Field Adjuster to handle property claims requiring field investigations and/or inspections. As a key member of our team, you will establish rapport with Hanover's insureds and maintain relationships with agents, underwriters, contractors, and experts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze personal property claims of minimal to moderate complexity
  • Handle business interruption (BI) features in conjunction with BI specialists
  • Work within specific limits and authority on assignments of moderate technical complexity
  • Implement and coordinate effective management techniques to mitigate loss and expense payments

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in claims processing
  • Experience level: Experienced
