Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Liaison to join our team at Cohesive Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient experiences from admission to discharge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admit patients for testing and procedures in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through prompt and accurate service
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Comply with HIPAA regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality
  • Support the facility goals and objectives
  • Maintain open and effective communication with patients, nurses, physicians, peers, supervisors, and students
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Freedom from illegal use of drugs and freedom from the use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hospital Registration experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Work Environment

The Patient Service Liaison will work in a clean, well-lit, and well-ventilated laboratory environment. The incumbent will be required to talk or hear regularly, use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 25 pounds.
