Job Description

Software Technology Inc is seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of our ERP system from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and be familiar with project management methodologies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Guide the scoring of vendor proposals and select the best vendor for the project.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinating resources as necessary.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues, developing contingency plans when necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met within the stipulated time frame.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review project progress and address any issues.
  • Assist in training staff on the use of the new ERP system.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager or similar role.
  • Familiarity with various ERP systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • PMP Certification.
