In this role, you will handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing support with service scheduling and assistance. You will collaborate closely with our field technicians, finance team, and sales department to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile...

To thrive at Fireline, you should have prior experience in customer service, office support, or a call center setting. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Adobe PDF, and databases, is essential. Additionally, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Our Client Service Specialists operate in a dynamic, high-call volume office environment. This role requires the ability to sit for extended periods, utilize computer systems, communicate clearly, and engage in frequent telephone and face-to-face interactions.

Additional Requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • To comply with Fireline's insurance policy, employees aged 21 and over may be required to drive company vehicles.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Fireline maintains a drug-free workplace. Employees will undergo drug testing at the time of hire and periodically during their employment.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, as our technicians operate both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to read, speak, sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb ladders, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Commitment to quality work and a sense of responsibility for safety and the protection of life and property.
  • Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Be willing to learn and quickly adapt to technical aspects of the job.
