Position Overview

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is dedicated to delivering top-tier integrated healthcare for over 800,000 members across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. We are currently seeking a qualified professional in Anesthesiology to join our esteemed Baltimore Service area. New graduates and fellows are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Incentives: Eligible candidates may receive a $200,000.00 forgivable loan OR $150,000.00 in student loan repayment as part of our new hire incentive program.

What to Expect:

  • Case Mix: Orthopedics, Gynecology, General Surgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Spine, OB, endoscopy, EP. Excludes open heart and neurosurgery cases.
  • Work Schedule: Average of 40-45 hours per week with flexible options for hospital shifts or call.
  • All practice locations are conveniently situated within 30 miles of Howard County.
  • Supportive environment fostering professional development.

  • Minimal supervision required for CRNAs.

  • No billing or production pressures.
  • Collaborative work atmosphere with surgical and specialist colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesia.
  • Current licensure or ability to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

The starting annual salary for this position is $450,000, reflecting the applicant's skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary, MAPMG provides a rich benefits package that significantly enhances the total compensation.
